General
Customer Agreement
By purchasing items on TESLAMIZE or EVMIZE you agree to all Terms & Conditions, Policies, FAQ, and Warranties. Customers agree that they are purchasing products they feel comfortable installing before ordering.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at team@teslamize.com as soon as possible. While we don't charge any cancellation fee for unshipped orders, if the order has already shipped, it's the buyers responsibility to return the shipment in accordance to our Return Policy.

Installation Issues
We provide free troubleshooting and can walk you through installation of any product we offer. In accordance with our Return Policy, we don't offer refunds for failed installations. Please visit our Install Center or Contact Us for product installation support.

3rd Party Items
We partner with several manufactures to offer direct shipment of certain products. Any warranty claims made on products shipped by our partners must be pursued directly with the 3rd party manufacture.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
General Warranty
In general all parts ordered from TESLAMIZE.com and EVMIZE.com are guaranteed for life of the ownership of your car. The lifetime guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to parts you buy directly from the website. You must be both the current owner of the car and the original purchaser of the parts. You agree to everything outlined in this section and the Warranty FAQ below.

Lifetime Warranty does not apply in following circumstances or items:​

Limited or Hand Crafted Items

Items that sold on clearance, promotion, of for a 20% or larger discount
Limitations
The warranty does not cover failure to install or improperly installed products.

Denied Warranty
Items intentionally damaged will not be covered.

What if my product is damaged?We don't like receiving damaged products and neither do you. If the product arrived damaged please contact team@teslamize.com as soon as possible. We will work directly with you to resolve any issue. If a product is damaged during installation, please contact us. We are not like other businesses. Where do you ship from?All orders are filled by Teslamize and shipped from WA, USA. Direct from manufacture shipments are limited only to certain products. In the case of direct shipments, this will be clearly noted on the item page itself.
